THERMA-TRON-X 20 GPM RO UNIT

2014 Thermal Tron reverse osmosis water treatment system unit! It was operational until November 1, 2024 when it was decommissioned! Unit is in very good condition mostly stainless steel the reverse osmosis skid along with a 5000 gallon RO water storage tank which is included. You will notice that the unit framing and skid is all stainless steel. My review of this unit noticed a few nice features. It includes a clean in place CIP tank and piping to clean membranes in place . There is also a UV lighted mounted on the skid as can be seen in the photo behind the feed pump in addition to the RO process pump I noticed two additional pumps on the skid. My assumption is one pump is used with the CIP tank. There are two small Chemical feed pumps and a Day tanks for anti-scaling regions. The panel voltage requirement is 480 V 30 amp free phase. It also says that the control voltage is 115 B and 24BDCI see a step down transformer on the right side of the panel for the 115 V power typically the low voltage transformers are inside. The panel mounted on the front of the panel is an Allen Bradley HMI for system operation . All in all a very nice 20 gallon per minute RO system complete with 5000 gallon storage tank the quick sale cost for this system loaded out on a truck.
