- The press frame and carbon steel components will be sandblasted and finished with a high-solids epoxy safety blue coating
-The semi-automatic plate shifter frame will be sandblasted and recoated, with all new pneumatic components installed to ensure like-new condition
-The filter plates will be power washed and cleaned of debris (filter cloths NOT included).
-A new hydraulic system will be installed, utilizing the existing hydraulic oil reservoir
-The hydraulic cylinder will be removed and professionally rebuilt by a specialized cylinder repair company
-All hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be fully tested prior to shipment to confirm manufacturer specifications
