JWI 1200mm 110 cu ft filter press frame

Description

Used 1200mm JWI 110 cu ft press frame with semi-automatic plate shifter and hydraulic piston.
The hydraulic power pack assembly is missing and will need to be replaced to provide automatic opening and closing of the press hydraulic cylinder.
The frame is a 100psi design and uses a center feed four corner discharge design.
There are 91 used 1200mm recess polypropylene filter plates on pallets is various condition. Some will require new handles damaged during storage but can be replaced with bolt on style handles. A few others may need to be replaced once the entire stack of plates is cleaned and evaluated.
Frame looks solid in general.
The approximate dimensions: 364" L x 72" W x 78" H
Estimated weight of the press with plates installed: 26,000 lbs.
